Returns Policy for SALE Items

SALE and Outlet Items: All sales made on items listed under SALE promotions or the outlet section of our website are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be processed for these items.
- Exception: If discounts on PCs are offered during any SALE, those purchases will follow the standard PC returns policy outlined in Section 3.
2. General Returns (Non-PC Products)
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item if:
- The item is unused, unworn, retains original tags, and is in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Clothing and merchandise, including hats, hoodies, tees, and similar items (due to hygiene concerns).
- Custom-branded merchandise, including Vyral-printed panels and custom cases.
- Pre-ordered desk pads and mouse pads.
- Gift cards.
- Items purchased on sale or during promotional events (e.g., Black Friday).
Return Fees
- A 5% fee will apply to all returns to cover associated credit card processing costs.
Shipping and Duties
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges, import taxes, and duties.
Return Process

- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at info@vyralteq.com within 48 hours if your item is:
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect.
No Returns for Buyer’s Remorse
- Returns or refunds will not be accepted for reasons such as changes in personal preference, no longer needing the product, or dissatisfaction unrelated to its performance.
3. PC Products (Exclusive)
Build Times
- Build times may vary based on factors such as parts availability, build complexity, and testing processes (e.g., burn-in and leak tests for liquid-cooled systems).
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement by contacting info@vyralteq.com.
- Once an order is processed for shipping or a tracking number is generated, cancellations are no longer possible.
- A 7% fee may apply to canceled orders to cover bank and credit card charges. Exceptions may be granted on a case-by-case basis prior to shipping.
Non-Refundable Items
- Custom-built PCs are strictly non-refundable due to their personalized nature.
- PCs that have been modified, repaired, or tampered with by third parties are not eligible for return, refund, or warranty services.
Product Dissatisfaction
If you are unhappy with any aspect of your PC build, contact us promptly at info@vyralteq.com. We will work with you to find a resolution, which may include:
- Repairs
- Replacements
- Part exchanges
Exchanges
For speedy replacements, return your approved PC and make a separate purchase for the new one.
Refund Approval and Processing
If a refund is approved:
- A 20% processing fee will be deducted from the total amount.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Processing may take 5 business days to 3 weeks, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Shipping & Insurance
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs.
- If a PC arrives damaged during return shipping and no insurance was purchased, the refund will reflect the cost of replacement PC parts.
- VyralTeq is not responsible for damages incurred during return shipping. Customers must use secure packaging and insure their shipment.
Lifetime Warranty
All Vyral PCs come with a Lifetime Warranty covering specific parts and labor. For full details, see our Warranty Page.

4. In-Store Purchases at Vyral eSports Compound
Return Timeframe
- PCs, Custom Keyboards, and Keyboard Accessories: Returnable within 7 days of purchase, but PC returns are subject to the same policy as online PC purchases outlined in Section 3.

Clothing Items:
- Non-refundable if worn or washed.
- Returnable within 7 days if unopened and in original packaging.
- Mousepads: Returnable within 7 days of purchase.
PC Returns
- PCs purchased in-store are governed by the PC Products Return Policy (Section 3).
- This includes the non-refundable status of custom-built PCs, options for repairs or replacements, and shipping/insurance responsibilities if applicable.
Return Fees
- A 5% fee applies to returns of small-ticket items (e.g., mousepads, keyboards, merchandise).
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns of PCs.
Condition Requirements
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
Store Credit
- Items returned after 7 days may be eligible for store credit at our discretion.
Right to Refuse
- Vyral reserves the right to refuse any refund or return for reasons deemed reasonable, including but not limited to:
- Minor damages or torn packaging.
- Customer-made modifications to the product.
Customer Responsibility for Shipping
- For larger items such as PCs purchased in-store that require shipping for repairs or replacements, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
