At VyralTeq, we understand how important it is for your order to be processed and delivered in a timely manner. Whether you're purchasing a custom PC, accessories, or merchandise, we strive to ensure a seamless shipping experience.

We offer multiple shipping options tailored to your needs, including free shipping for eligible PC orders over $1,400 within the continental United States. Standard, economy, and expedited shipping options are also available for domestic and international orders, with delivery times ranging from 3-10 business days depending on the selected service and destination.

Our processing times vary based on the product type:

  • Custom PC orders are carefully built, tested, and shipped within 2-3 weeks. Build times can vary based on several factors, including the availability of components, the complexity of your build, and the extensive testing we conduct, such as burn-in and leak tests for liquid-cooled systems.
  • Retail items and accessories are processed within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping methods for domestic and international orders:

  1. Standard Shipping (USPS/FedEx/UPS):

    • Domestic: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days.
    • International: Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing times.

  2. Economy Shipping (FedEx):

    • Domestic: Estimated delivery within 5-8 business days for orders weighing 45 lbs or more (up to 197 lbs). Free for eligible PC purchases.

  3. Expedited Shipping (FedEx/UPS):

    • Domestic: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days. Additional fees may apply, starting at $8.99 depending on package weight.

  4. Free Shipping:

    • Available for PC orders over $1,400 within the continental United States. Free shipping is also available for orders over $129 on eligible items excluding PCs. Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide, including PCs, PC components, desk pads, keyboards, and merchandise.

  • Taxes and Duties: Customers are responsible for any taxes or import duties required by their country's customs office. These fees are not pre-paid by Vyralteq and must be settled before or upon delivery. Typical duty rates range from 12-22%.
  • Delivery Lead Times: Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on your geographical location and selected shipping method. Estimated costs and timelines will be provided during checkout.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please take detailed photos of the package and contents and email us at info@vyralteq.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will assist you promptly.


Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement by contacting us at info@vyralteq.com.
  • Once an order is processed for shipping and a tracking number is generated, cancellations are no longer possible.
  • For custom PCs, due to immediate parts sourcing, cancellations may be subject to a 7% fee to cover restocking and payment processing costs.

Shipping Promotions

We are proud to offer free shipping for all eligible PC orders over $1,400 shipping to the continental United States. Free shipping is also available for non-PC orders over $129. This excludes the following regions:

  • American Samoa

    Yes, local pickup is available at Vyral Compound, 2078 East Dorothy Lane, Dayton, OH. Choose this option at checkout.
