Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. This policy explains how you can modify or cancel your subscriptions, pre-orders, or PC orders, while ensuring a smooth process in line with our Returns and Refund Policy.
Subscriptions
- Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis from the date of your initial purchase and automatically renew every month unless canceled.
- Your payment details are securely stored, and charges will be processed for each renewal.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. Refunds for already processed payments are not available.
- Manage or cancel your subscription through our Subscription Management Page or by contacting us at info@vyralteq.com.
- Returns or refunds for items delivered via subscription are subject to the Returns and Refund Policy.
Pre-orders
- Pre-orders allow you to reserve items not currently in stock or upcoming products. Depending on the product, full payment, partial payment, or no payment may be required at the time of checkout.
- The remaining balance (if applicable) will be charged upon order fulfillment.
Cancellations:
- Pre-orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement by contacting info@vyralteq.com.
- After the 6-hour window, cancellations may incur a 7% processing fee to cover administrative and processing costs.
- If a pre-ordered item has been processed for shipping, cancellations are no longer possible.
Non-Cancellable Pre-orders:
- Pre-orders for custom-configured or limited-edition items are non-cancellable and non-refundable once the order is placed.
Defective Pre-orders:
- Defective pre-ordered items are eligible for repair, replacement, or refund in line with the Returns and Refund Policy. Customers must report defects within 48 hours of delivery.
Shipping Delays:
- While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, unforeseen supply chain delays may occur. Pre-orders remain non-cancellable due to shipping delays unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Order Cancellation Policy for PCs
- Orders for PCs can be canceled within 6 hours of placement by contacting info@vyralteq.com.
- After the 6-hour window, cancellations are not permitted due to immediate parts sourcing and preparation for assembly.
- If the order is processed for shipping and a tracking number is generated, cancellations are no longer possible.
Cancellation Fees:
- Cancellations within the allowed 6-hour window may be subject to a 7% processing fee to cover bank and credit card charges.
- Exceptions for cancellations after the 6-hour window may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not guaranteed, and additional fees may apply.

Payment Verification:
All pre-orders and subscriptions are subject to payment authorization and verification. Orders flagged for payment issues or suspected fraud may be canceled without prior notice. -
Refund Processing:
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5-10 business days after approval. Bank processing times may vary. -
Customer Responsibility:
Customers must ensure that all contact and payment information is accurate and up to date to avoid processing or delivery issues. -
Shipping and Insurance Costs:
Customers bear all return shipping and insurance costs. Returns arriving damaged and without insurance will be refunded based on the salvageable value of replacement parts. -
Non-Cancellable/Non-Refundable Items:
Custom-built PCs, personalized items, and certain limited-edition pre-orders are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable.
