Lifetime Limited Warranty

Last Updated: November 29, 2024

At VYRAL, we are committed to providing exceptional quality and service for all our desktop PCs. To demonstrate this commitment, we offer a Lifetime Limited Warranty on all new desktop PCs purchased directly from us. This warranty reflects our confidence in the superior quality of our components and the care we put into assembling each system.

1. Warranty Coverage

Lifetime Service Guarantee

The Lifetime Limited Warranty includes lifetime service and labor for the original purchaser of a VYRAL desktop PC. This ensures that for as long as you own your system, you will never pay labor fees for repairs or maintenance covered under this warranty.

Lifetime Limited Hardware Warranty

  • Covers all hardware components inside the original PC case (the "Core Computer"), provided they remain under the manufacturer's warranty.
  • Includes any upgrades purchased and installed by VYRAL.
  • Custom Loop Liquid Cooling Systems: Warranty is contingent upon the system not being disassembled or serviced by any party other than VYRAL without explicit instruction or assistance. Unauthorized servicing voids the warranty.
  • Excludes consumable components such as liquid cooling fluids, filters, or tubing, which must be regularly maintained by the customer.

2. Limitations of Warranty

  1. Non-Transferable:
The Lifetime Limited Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the system.
  2. Definition of "Lifetime":
The term "Lifetime" refers to the operational lifespan of the hardware components, contingent on parts availability and support from the original manufacturer. If parts become obsolete or unavailable, VYRAL may, at its sole discretion, provide comparable replacements or in-store credit equivalent to the current system value.
  3. Excluded Items:
  4. Shipping Damage:
Customers are responsible for properly packaging their PC and insuring it for shipping to VYRAL. Damage incurred during shipping due to improper packaging or lack of insurance will not be covered under the warranty. Replacement packaging is available upon request for a fee.
  5. Customer-Installed Components:
Components installed by the customer are not covered under the warranty. Damage resulting from improper installation voids the warranty.
  6. Abandoned Systems:
Systems not claimed within 30 days of service completion will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of or repurposed by VYRAL without liability.
