Terms of Service for VYRAL LLC Membership
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a membership ("Membership") with VYRAL LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("Member", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("ToS"), our Privacy Policy, and any other policies and guidelines provided to you. If you do not agree to these ToS, you must not purchase or use the Membership.
2. Membership Terms
The Membership provides you access to certain services, facilities, and benefits as described in the Membership details at the time of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions herein.
3. Payment and Refund Policy
3.1 Payment
Payment for Membership must be made in full at the time of purchase. Membership fees are subject to change at the discretion of the Company.
3.2 Non-refundable Membership
All Membership fees are non-refundable. This no-refund policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including but not limited to:
- Voluntary cancellation by the Member;
- Eviction from the Company's premises or termination of Membership by the Company due to breach of these ToS or any other rules or policies set forth by the Company;
- Closure or cessation of business operations by VYRAL LLC.
4. Membership Termination
4.1 Termination by Member
You may terminate your Membership at any time; however, you will not be entitled to a refund of any Membership fees already paid.
4.2 Termination by Company
The Company reserves the right to terminate your Membership, without refund, for any breach of these ToS, violation of any rules or policies of the Company, or for any behavior deemed harmful to the Company, its property, staff, or other Members.
5. Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify these ToS at any time. Your continued use of the Membership after such modifications signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
6. Liability Limitation
The Company shall not be liable for any damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Membership services, except to the extent prohibited by law.
7. Governing Law
These ToS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
8. Acknowledgment
By purchasing and using the Membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these ToS.
